How many more calamities will God punish us with until we repent and accept Jesus and Only True word of God?

There have always been calamities and always will be. Often these natural disasters occur in communities that are deeply religious. And yet many regions with non Christian religions have been very peaceful and prosperous. Even if everyone embraced the bible, natural disasters would still occur. How many more calamities will God punish us with until we repent and accept Jesus and Only True word of God?
All of them. Some of us have nothing to repent.

Anyway, if I was in the market for a god to worship I don't think it would be yours. The poison and hatred that spews from your little band of inbreds is no great advert for your faith.

And when it comes to hypocrisy you really take things to a new level.

Question for you Shirley: Is your father Fred also the baby-daddy of your illegitimate son Sam?How many more calamities will God punish us with until we repent and accept Jesus and Only True word of God?
God does not punish us with calamities. How do ever we hope to encourage people to learn of and then know Jesus or God, when you fuel their apprehensions with nonsense.

If you blame God for all that man chooses to do, you do him an injustice, create inaccuracy, put off those that might be considering knowing him intimately.

Nothing fuels a non believers desire to continue to act apart from God and keep himself detached from reconciliation, than to stipulate every time something goes wrong or people are stupid or cruel, in his name that he actually had anything to do with it.

God does not send calamity upon us we create it. God didn't kill heretics or jews man did. God didn't created diseases like aids, he never told us to have sex with monkeys or goats, in fact I think he suggested we not.
Funny, most christians claim that bad things happens as a result of our sin, that God doesn't want us to suffer.

Yet you say he's directly punishing us with certain calamities.

If he's real I have to agree with you, he's a mean invisible sky man.
You haven't experience nothing yet..Who said God was punishing us? Man's rebellion and sin against Jesus Christ brings it's own consequence. If you stole some money and the owner shot you, would that be God punishing you or the owner of the money? We are still living under the Covenant of God's Grace and Mercy and yes, divine judgment is coming but as God will chasten His own, those who belong to Satan, gets the wrong they deserve from Him. During the Tribulation period, it is then the world will experience the Great Wrath and anger of God..I believe the world will experience this in this generation...
If you're talking about recent natural disasters I'm afraid you're wrong.

Ecclesiastes 9:11 - ';... time and unforeseen occurrences befall us all.';

No God involvement whatsoever.

I should add that LOVE draws people to God, not fear.
Calamities are not punishment. They are just natural events. They have been happening throughout recorded history and will continue, irrespective of our behavior.
None. Sorry, it doesn't work that way. If God was throwing out punishments like that for our sins %26amp; crimes, this earth would be one giant fire ball, like the sun. If God expected us to be perfect, we would have been made that way.
There is no relation between calamities and acceptance of True word of God. God create %26amp; sustain every thing, He The All Mighty has every right to do what He wills. He knows what to do and when to do and what is best.

A question for atheists:http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?鈥?/a>
There are plenty of strong believers in Jesus who have calamities happen in their lives. That's a part of life. Nobody said it'd be either easy or fair.
If I believed that god exists, I'd have to consider him the ultimate a**hole, unworthy of my interest..
Accept Jesus or ROT IN HELL FOREVER!

Jesus loves you (unless, of course, you're of the gay).
Christianity is one of the biggest calamities of history.
There are many who claim to have the ';true word of God'; so this is a tough one. Every country has calamities so I'm not sure whether your argument is valid.
Until the entire Bible is fulfilled which by the way won't be long
YOU FU(KING CRAZY DELUSIONAL B*TCH!
God will not bless us if we turn from His Word and that's exactly what is happening to this country. I'm afraid things are just going to get worse.
prove these are from God.
If this is gods nature i refute him in my name.
Love me or burn... sounds like a loving god... where is the sign up sheet?
