My Jewish grandmother always tells me Jesus was a sorcerer and that he tricked the people into worshipping him.Is it true that Jesus was in a gang?

In my opinion, that isn't true but if you Grandmother is Jewish, do remember that she doesn't' belive that Christ came, lived and walked the earth with people, then was crucified, buried and rose again. Then after he was seem by many, he ascended into heaven. If you believe in Jesus, please don't argure with anyone who is Jewish. That is a completely different religion.

You know I never thought about it before, but yes I guess Jesus was in a gang and we should all be members in his gang. Let's see now what this gang member did. He healed the sick, walked on water, loved little children, raised people from the dead, he was a teacher, a son to Mary and a friend to all. All orthodox Jews believe that Jesus was a false prophet tricking people into believing he was the true Messiah. To this day, they still do not believe that Jesus is the messiah. No, Jesus was not in a gang. He had 12 disciples and probably bad at sports.

lol giggle I love Grandmothers! Well Jesus had disciples that followed him and helped the sick and hurting. He fed the hungry and had words of comfort and truth. I would love a gang like that to move in next door. The Jesus Gang!
People know basically nothing about Jesus since there are hardly any writings that mention him and he didn't write anything himself that anyone has ever found.
Jesus was not in a gang and he didnt trick anyone to worship him. He is God's son and God created us. Since he was alone he needed disciples to help him spread the word of God.

Well if by gang you mean spiritual group then yes. He traveled with his disciples and taught people the word of God. And I believe Christianity is the way to go not Judaism. No offense
