What is a differce between a true follower of Jesus Christ and prhophet Muhammed?

I don't know, but the former Attorney General of the United States, John Ashcroft, said something like ';Islam is a religion in which God requires you to send your son to die for him. Christianity is a faith in which God sends his son to die for you.'; Personally I think that was an insulting and offensive to the Muslim world. There's many differences. For starters, one follows Jesus and is a Christian while the other follows Muhammed and is a Muslim.


Muhammed and Jesus are totally not the same guy.
