no one is righteous???you are all sinners made righteous with his beating and rising from the dead.

Let me explain. God gave man free will. That means he gave him choice. So for Jesus to make us all righteous would conflict with that free will, which would in retrospect conflict with God's plan. In the old testament, the people had to offer an innocent lamb for the atonement of sins. Christ became that lamb, He was without sin, He made Himself an offering in love for us. He bore the wrath of God for all who believe in Him. He stood between us and God, to take away the wrath of God from us. As God cannot let sin go unpunished. He conquered death for us, as the last enemy to be destroyed, was death, since He overcame death and rose again, those who believe in Him, He will also lead through the valley of death into eternal life, He did this for you and me. so give Glory to God in His name.
Christ describes himself as the ';strong man'; who defeats satan, sin, and death, He is the ';Resurrection and the life';.





He absorbs all our sins and with his death, He defeats death from within! His Resurrection victory is our victory over fear, sin, death, satan! IN baptism we die with Christ to rise with Christ to new life! God bless!
Jesus was not to weak to make people righteous. when GOD created us he gave us ability to choose what we wanted in life. he wanted every one to love him but he did not make them.he gave us our own minds. he put a desire in them to serve him. we have to choose to make the right or wrong dissension. how you choose will effect you the rest of your life. GOD did not push his love on you. you have to except his love.
Jesus was a carpenter's son who lives 2000 years ago. What difference does it make whether he was weak or not? He died, and our sins are our sins, like they've always been.





Was he special, yes.


Was he the son of God, yes... but so are you and I.
