Denominations are right, but wrong sometimes. Since the wheat (Word of God) grows in the Churches. But the devil has planted a few tares (false doctrines, slanders, etc.)
The REAL JESUS is RIGHT %26amp; TRUE!!!!!!!
I will go with the REAL JESUS CHRIST OF NAZARETH. No other will do, but the One who was born of a virgin, conceived of the Holy Spirit. The One who Is the Christ, the Son of the Living God. The One who is the Lamb of God who TAKES AWAY THE SINS OF THE WORLD. And the one WHO RAISED FROM THE DEAD and defeated the curse of sin %26amp; death; Who defeated the one who had power over humans with the fear of death; Who defeated that old serpent. Who is the author of Eternal Life for us who believe in Him.
@ Tech. Jesus name in Hebrew is Yeshua. For He shall Save His People. There was no Y in the Greek. So he was then written Iasoos. And to the next language that didn't have Ys or Is to a J.
But I prayed to Jesus and asked him the way He liked His Name pronounced. Jesus is His favorite. After I had been calling Him Yeshua for a while. But He likes Yeshua 2nd best.
I asked Him why? And He said that people have loved him much when calling on His Name 'Jesus'.What is more important to you as a Christian: right denomination or right and true Jesus?
Well if you get the idea of who Jesus is right, what good would that do if you don't have the correct teachings?
I mean if you believe Jesus is the Son of God what good will it do you if you don't believe in the resurrection?
The concept of who Jesus is, and doctrines go hand in hand, so if you are in a denomonination that has false teachings which are many, then you will not have salvation. You might have the right knowledge of Jesus, but not understand salvation. What is more important to you as a Christian: right denomination or right and true Jesus?
He that says he is in the light and yet hates his brother is in the darkness up to right now. He that loves his brother remains in the light, and there is no cause for stumbling in his case. But he that hates his brother is in the darkness and is walking in the darkness, and he does not know where he is going, because the darkness has blinded his eyes.
Jesus is always right and true. It is man that skews Him one way or the other according to their teachings, or rituals, or whatever. I follow Christ. Wherever He leads me. I don't need someone at church to tell me what God wants me to do. I already got the news from the Holy Spirit.
JESUS BEGINS WITH A J There was no letter J in English until 450 years ago, prior to that time it did not exist. The New Testament text was written nearly 1500 years before the letter J came into existence. The name JESUS did not exist until after the letter J was invented. Logic therefore tells us that any names we find in the English text which begin with the letter J have been invented or they are alterations of other names.
JESUS IS AN INVENTED GENTILE NAME There is no such name as Jesus in Hebrew history. The name did not exist in the time of the Bible or any time prior to that. If we work backwards from English to Hebrew, we find no Hebrew name even close to the transliterated spelling of the name gee-zuss. If we work forwards from Hebrew to English, there is no known name in Hebrew that can transliterated into English and end up being pronounced as gee-zuss. There is not a name that can even closely approximate the phonics of the name gee-zuss. It requires an etymological study to determine where the name came from because it is an invented name which has evolved over time.
JESUS IS AN INVENTED GENTILE NAME The Savior was born in Yisra'el and is of Hebrew descent. The real name of the Savior is a Hebrew name. People of Hebrew descent have never recognized the name Jesus, neither in the time of the Bible or now. In fact the English spelling for the name gee-zuss was invented in the year 1629 when the letter J came into regular use in biblical text. Prior to that time it was spelled Iesus. The pronunciation was gradually changed over the next 200 years, becoming fully vernacularized as ';gee-zuss'; by most western English speaking Christians by the beginning of the 19th century.
JESUS ORIGINALLY BEGAN WITH AN I The purpose of the J was to be a variation of the letter I, used to represent an I whenever used as a consonant. The I remained as a vowel. The sharp G sound which gradually developed for the J is an evolving characteristic that took more than 200 years to occur. The original sound for the new letter J was to be identical to the letter I, since after all they represent the same letter. The pronunciation of the name JESUS gradually changed from yeah-soose to gee-zuss. The name Jesus is not 2000 years old as many believe. It is only about 400 years old, and has only been pronounced as gee-zuss for about 200 years.
A denomination is a part of the whole, like three quarters is part of a dollar. The church of Christ is shown to us in the New Testament so that we may know if we have THE church of Christ or a denomination. There are over 38,000 denominations.
Jesus, He's the center of my faith.
Each of the denominations has its strengths and weaknesses. ';Whoever is not against us is for us.';
Right and true Jesus of course. But the fact remains, come Sunday morning you have to pick the right church to worship the real Jesus.
Jesus is the most important thing. But to grow and walk in Jesus, you need a right denomination.
Christ. Spiritual Christianity with His Word.
